Screen is a gimmick but I prefer fissa > uzo. They are postless and the caps are less fragile. I believe they were more money than uzo’s last time I used them
That’s completely opposite of what I’ve been told. I’m not doubting what you’re saying, though.
My supplier got nervous when I said each 50 piece brick takes 2-3 minutes to fill in our equipment before getting capped. It’s been fine, more than fine, actually, but they were extremely worried about flooding.
Its all relevant to the porosity of the ceramic that the hardware manufacturer chooses to use in their devices.
I have used their 1g & 2g Uzo tanks, have never had an issue with them using an isolate/HTE mix (65/35) respectively.
“melt diamonds” so you’re saying you use distillate?
Nah but jokes aside, with distillate and terps we are heating 160-200 and filling hot and then capping each foam of hardware immediately after the whole thing is filled and they prime perfectly every time.
The good thing about some of the postless hardware with the ceramic wells is things like rosin you can fill at a much lower temp and it goes right to the coil. But anything like an uzo with a post and traditional atomizer you need to come in hot.
You guys can just save yourself the headache and contract SOMEONE to fill/package your product if there’s enough volume.
They are terrible. Much better options elsewhere.
Ive been with ikrusher since their early days. I wish i could have left them many times. I dont know how people here who are happy about them havent had problems. Were a profession cart manufacturer and ive loss massive amount of money with ikrusher.
Only reason we use them is because inventory state side and we get bulk pricing.
Ive use their screw ons a few years after they launched because 1ml screw on were 2 bucks back in the day and 1.85 in bulk. than ikrusher had 1.2 and kept us.
uzo 1ml worked great at first than was trash. (before 2g) i complained about clogging and we filled 10s of thousands if not hundred thousands. than finally all my complaints that i was told no one else is saying. every upgrade they did was the stuiff i complained about. I sat with owner and all american side. i complained about the lack of designing caps to press easy and so on. talked to them about offering full solutions for people. they took all i said added to their company and never sent me jigs pressing fucking nothing.
When they finally launched their 2g uzo we had oxidation issues on first few batches. had a batch batch of 10k lost many accounts. complained about uzo probs. of course later all the stuff i was told im crazy was exactly what they improved. we had to move to the tuval and now year or so later they tell me the uzo is the best selling. we use 92-94% disty cut with 6% cdt fully homogenized filled at 145-150 that vat is set to. we cap within 30 sec to 1 min and flip upside down.
their devices also lack the heavy hit ability. theyre always behind on trends and tech. they recently updated atomizers.
im leaving them this year now i have enough funding to buy 100k of my own devices direct from a good factory. I they corporate team hates me cause i call their shit out.
Have you tried any of the bbtank stuff?
And honestly the generic 1g press in carts i get for .60 a pop directly from China have always been awesome.
Im about to go directly on screw on. When i stayed with ikrusher years ago 1.2 was a hell of a deal. We oay 0.8 atm however 10k pieces and youre right .6-.65 landed.
Im more frustrated with the years of growing pains with ikrusher for them only to still be far behind. Back in the day oclytime and bbtank were the originals and the fact that they have better products finally before ikrusher and some others is crazy to me
shit has massively changed and upgraded the past 2 years for disposables. i spent years yelling at factories tho showing them what to make but they went and wasted so much time making products no one buys or fail. Half these companies annoy me because i should be able to buy 2-3 models of dispos that have no real issues. Easy to fill easy to cap easy to demold easy to pack and designed to be compact hit hard. however they all have like 10 to 15. ikrusher has like 20 models and its so dumb.
Im sick of most of the market not coming to a real filling company and testing viscosities and so on.
we go back to before disty existed and wicks. were at 2.45 on most ikrusher products and like i said had to stay because anything less than me buy 50k or 100k upfront to make my own. i couldnt get cheaper and still run enough product to make money.
most of our complaints now is the tuval doesnt hit hard enough. their orional zen bar and uzo seems to be hitting but i have ptsd. i just asked for some samples. cause at our volume we would get them for 2.3 but seriously ptsd
and the uzo x was not good for our customers.
What was wrong with the uzo x
I’m gonna go out on a limb and say the customers messed with voltage and the app which led to shitty performance
And it’s hard not to let them know about the app because the second it goes by for the phone the nic chip brings up the app.
I’ve never been able to get omni to work on my devices. It’s dumb either way
It works in the worst ways sometimes and people wanna play with the settings when it’s not needed. I have a client that had to eat thousands of them cause people couldn’t stop messing with the settings.
giving people who don’t know the difference between wattage and voltage access to customize the curve seems like a fun time eh?
