Never wanted or needed to. I design things and get paid enough to sustain my hobby’s and interests, buy 2 properties and not have to do much of anything 10months out of the year. If I did start one I would be the only on-sight employee since automation is super simplified these days.

Okay okay, what I mean is people should be able to get out their cash for free and livable wages should be a standard.

rent seeking behavior, even Adam Smith warned against it

the banks are the ones raking in free cash off the high housing costs.

Entry level position……….
We have positions that range from $13 per hour to $25 per hour. We are hiring for a basic entry level position. A position that you come in to with zero skills, again a starting point to grow from. If you want to work for us and you have no skills you start as a bagger then move up to centrifuge operator (pay increase). Then to solvent recovery ( pay increase). Then to distillation (pay increase) and so on.

This has no relevance. The position starts at $13 per hour that’s what we are higher for period. Also we are not in Oklahoma City where the cost of living is higher…

Personally my living wage has to account for DoorDash 10 times a week

So I’m gonna need about 50 an hour or that’s employer greed

Jesus if it worked like that imagine some of these moms out there with 20+kids… honestly the govt should be assisting families more to raise better productive children instead of feeding the sick loop we have going. on the other hand my dude ever hear of a rubber only need a few more and you have your own sports team. Go Tom’s Tigers!!

Well buddy if you’re this passionate about it I suggest you go start your own lab and pay guys what ever you feel is relevant.

Im not passionate only indignant about people getting paid for the work they do and don’t like to see owners blatantly underpaying with chance at promotion and trying to justify it while other jobs with less experience offer almost double the pay.

Explain to me what you think this position does.

more than a floor packer at walmart that starts at 18-29$…
