Hello all. I have been making edibles for patients, and I’m reAdy to expand. Is there a license in Michigan or ohio that would allow you to rent an industrial kitchen, produce gummies, package them and then sell to the dispensary? Is this a pipe dream? I’m looking in Michigan or ohio, and don’t know where to start. Thank you so much in advance.

There is not a license like what you are describing. However, there are facilities that will let you produce under their license doing basically the same thing. You usually share revenue to do this.
The Michigan marketplace for edibles is quite fierce. Ohio may be a better option for you.
