I know more than 99 percent who else grows from seed to hash oil- less than 1 percent. most what i learned off here is run super cold use crc and filters. I bougt my trs 21 before the forum and now dudnt even use it. also my 100 plus succesful indoor harvests is real= im an asset not an ass Im up and down with pup dick. he used to 100percent like my posts at the same time as hating me and trying to get me banned- hes clearly a hater but whatever go fuck a goat. Im too accepting of haters and think you got over hating but you all hold grudges and continue to hate. I know know more than you did in 2018

nope-you all are perfect. Out of all my coworkers I dont think any of the great ones had an impressive resume- and im sure they made mistakes sometimes. I made one big mistake at ups- I was already busy with my route and had 17 stops in a half hour to get to the airport and deliver the packages directly into the container sitting next to the plane. They told me to cover another drivers stops because he was one tenth as busy as me. I was mid pickup when learning this and ran out and had a different kinda truck with french doors vs rollup. I hit the road and packages spilt out the back- it was banker boxes of payroll checks… and it was like 20 mph winds. I picked up some and called in. I had zero management on my route, they went home when i started. so the people at the building told me to just ignore it and go on to the airport>>??? I DIdnt even get in trouble. wtf were they thinking adding 5 extra stops out of my area when i have 17 stops and a drive to ohare to get to the plane in a half hour? every minute delaying the plane is over 1000 dollars. The driver who dropped his stops on me did less than 17 stops in 2 hours

nope. not perfect. but I wouldn’t bring up my penchant for infusing cement with cannabinoids while trying to get a job either.
you don’t have to listen to any of these folks advice, but many of them DO have jobs. some of them even make hiring decisions.

I tried laying on my cannabinoid infused concrete the other day. I’m not sure if I’ve reached the proper level of infusion for optimal naps yet🧐

Being too honest is a thing, just sayin. Funny story though, I for sure thought it would end with you being fired. Now at least I know where my occasional missing pac goes

Just read most of the thread and a special thanks to @Darrenjaydirect for putting in work to help others be able to put in for work.
What are peoples thoughts on hiring lab positions from wooks without cannabis experience? Leveling up requires experience and it is difficult in Alabama to find people with relevant work experience, unless they imported themselves into God’s Country.

I hired mostly green folks with almost no experience. They all have a basic understanding of temperature and pressure, are mechanically inclined, and can follow a simple recipe. While I did have to teach some relatively basic things, I liked the fact that they didn’t know anything besides what I’ve taught them. It helps a lot when you want things done a certain way every time. No bad habits to break.

Hopefuly cloner lets me donate my time to man his booth at cannifest. meeting local growers may be a huge asset too since i have to move out in a few months and in limbo as far as growing. Ive already grown out a bunch of Humboldt’s seed company clones and have experience. not random sativa vs indica info. Theres a coho salmon run less than 5 miles from the event too.
