Tumbels the powder Upsidedown making the whole lot more available for vapors to escape

used it for isolate but it would do media extremely well. this is a small one but it would do 50kgs of isolate at a time.
We would purge 50kg of cbd isolate in one go with this.
That’s the ones I use the ones for marinating food
Stainlessteel 304 most can be programmed to tumble veryyy slow place a filter on the vacuum inlet inside the device tampon teck I use
And coldtrap if you Wich
Depending on solvent choice I use a water sprayer to spray wasn water on the unit while it s standing on a big oilspill catching platform with a heartsick and an aquarium pump to recirculate the warm water over the tumbler
Some tumblers have a risk of wetting the motor with the water so I place a bicycle inner tube as rim to avoid electronics to get wet

Vacuumtumblers can be used as diamond miners yep theresilt is an opaque diamond but you can grow them fairly easy at scale once all parameters are figured it s important that all parameters can be kept in a certain setting or else you will fail

Connected to a dosing pump 6L per hour in my setup
And a rake must be build inside Wich
Hangs by gravity and weight 40kg
On the inside of the tumbler
A welded bearing in the back side and attached to the vacuum swivel in the cover
This can only be placed when the cover is large enough to make an additional 6” manhole
Once in place you add a few kg of issolate to the tumbler and tumble so all is covered on the inside
Then you start spraying in the mist while your vacuum is evaporating solvent
At some time the rake will start to scratch the surface and break grains off the side wall these will be impregnated with fresh tincture mist Wich will make them grow and so on and so further
It takes about a week to grow
Rock salt sized pebbels and the dosing is a finicky process but once in place it works yust keep parameters set
The 2200L vacuum tumbler produces
300kg of rockfall sized issolate a week
So have fun
We are working with what we have on site. 300L reactors just to crash out the isolate.
