I am looking for recommendations on small-scale, non-industrial candy making equipment. Specifically, I am interested in efficient ways to produce and wrap round lollipops, as most solutions I have found are designed for high-volume commercial production.
I am currently exploring custom mold options since industrial machinery is not feasible for my setup. My focus is primarily on chocolate bars and lollipops, but I would appreciate any advice on entry-level candy equipment that might be useful for a smaller operation.
