Is there a "proper" way to infuse flowers with distillate/isolate?

can you send me the SOP for how you are infusing prerolls with resin. Thanks so much.

There are ways now for THCP flower to be aromatically infused. Message me if you need help on how that works

I’ve had good success with a distillate sprayer

hi mate ! im curios about it !

How? & does anyone know if thca isolate can be dissolved in terpenes & sprayed

would love to hear about how you can purge 20 kg over night? 15 minutes in a flak tek makes the resin get extremely hot!

i mean just using a large vacuum oven, its not anything special or tricky. we can fit 10 pyrex pans in it easily.

I’ve seen the photos else where of the results , and for pre-roll material or shake this does seem to work well. However, most people here are actually looking for a way to impregnate intact, visually appealing flowers, which is a different challenge than simply homogenizing material.

I’m personally still searching for a reliable method to do this properly as well. From what I’ve seen so far, there are also simpler approaches discussed on this forum , especially around vacuum-based techniques and impregnation , without immediately needing to invest in expensive equipment like this. It’s definitely worth digging through some of the older threads.

And you’re getting ND residual solvent test results after just overnight? mine take 48hrs to get passing results. maybe it’s because mine are in onyx containers so the resin is like 6 to 10 inches thick.

i saw someone dissolve a bunch of isolate in butane then dipped buds into the solution and purged the buds under vac to remove the solvent. not my jam but looked kinda cool.

Actually there is no way to produce appealing looking flowers with any method of infusion.

There are some ideas for sure, but every single one with their obstacles and problems in smell, taste and optical look.

I suggest the way –Nano-THC(a) water soluble, PEF (Pulsed electrical field) method.

To open the plant cell membranes and introduce a substance dissolved in water, followed by freeze‑drying under vacuum to prevent mold formation.

Wich substance dissolved in water ?

There are really good infusion methods

High investment cost but very nice !

the thicker it is the harder it is and the longer it will take to get solvent out.

~25% you mean this?

Are there any limit to the maximum amount of thca, one can infused before it starts to be visible on the outside? Like 29% for instant? I know this might be depending on the method, but anyway.

Just received a few samples, all flowers were nasty. Lab told me it was ā€œwashedā€ flowers to begik with and offered to have my own batch infused. Method is a trade secret apparently.

It depends mainly of HOW

WHEN THC-a is frozen grind to a fine powder

And placed on cold biomass reasonable is 15% thc-a it s very much on the outside and gives large discoloration to white

When thc-a is melted and sprayed on with a hot Gleu gun 20% can be sprayed on it takes 4 days to have all thc-a recrystelize and be ready for pakkaging

When thc-a is dissolved in a solvent and care and tricks from the art are used like vacuum

Pressure etc. 20-25% can be loaded and when adding 1/3 thc oil to the melted thc-a

This can be made to 30% flowers

It s not pretty like foto s posted above but that’s the only way in my endeavors to load 30% on a flower and look somewhat decent

Substance no one…but ā€œsolubleā€ Nano Emulsion…although chemical not correctly.

They can look pretty nicely, but what if smell changes

Interesting! Thank you for an always elaborate answer! Curios of’ what method is used in the picture above?

ā€œNano-emulsionā€ was mentioned by the lab who provided me the flowers briefly. Idk what that means?

Likely nonsense.
