Anyone here have experience using the Instagel cold set gelatin for their gummy production?

I am curious about how well it really sets and how much time it really saves. I don’t see much info online about it outside this page and a couple Amazon reviews.

Pointless unless you have some compound that needs to be protected against thermal degradation

looks interesting, the one advantage the traditional gelatin has is as long as it is kept hot it won’t set up. What is the working time with the product before it sets?
