Indofabs C.R.C & BHO Color Remediation Tek

Smell and taste is similar to other runs, lemon-lime almost.

Well we have a new powder on the list then thank you

Blaze lab solutions in Torrance CA needs help moving what they have, call them for the best pricing. We would not have this info if it was not for them giving me a sample.

Dm me some pics of your system. Love my 6x48s. But I’m already dreaming of 8x60s on a massive custom build. After new year’s maybe. Oh and I run anywhere from 4 to 7lbs per lb. I just sorta judge on the fly with each batch and other variables involved. I might add though that I do have an extra valve from solvent manifold directly to CRC just for rinsing medias

Poured these at like 6 or 7 last night. Took this pic at noon today. Got a couple things to dial in and change up. Gotta slow this down a bit

Negative. I flood until I see a drip in my collection. Valve off and bump up n2 pressure in my solvent tank and watch my scale remote until I know I have a full column then I start dumping and flushing. There’s nothing to running 6in. I don’t see loss in yields nor solvent

Diatomaceous Earth, T5 activated bentonite clay, silica60, and activated alumina. The AA amount varies a little. It’s known for pulling browns and reds and oranges along with some macro waxes so I determine how much based on age of material. My CRC holds about 10lbs of medias I think. I do about an inch of DE vacuum packed and tapped for a nice cake then my other 3 medias get mixed and added. Then another cake of DE. Then a 25micron filter. Perforated filter disk. Then filter plate ring pushed down snug on top of the media’s. Then a shower head end cap. On the bottom of my CRC we begin staggering filters. Couple 25 and 20micron in 6inch below media then my solution travles via hose to a 4" filter stack with 3 plates and 5 filter papers from 20,11,8,1, 1 and a sintered disk and then a mother fucking .7 micron paper that has this amazing thick membrane and flows like nobodys business and right into my collection. These filters are fucking amazing. Been hyped on em for like 2weeks. Downside. They’re 200 bucks a box and were a limited run. But “limited run” sounds like “were able to do it again” to me. That’s about as in detail as I can get for you guys with my set up. Aside from my media mixture. Which it’s relatively simple but I’ve also never really blurted it out. I think I’ve told a person or two via pm. Discovering your mixture is half the fun and alot of the learning process.

Did you get a direct answer to this question? Or since have you figured out which works better, color and time wise? Seems like we have a similar set up and thru my trial, errors and calculations, we need like 10 lbs of Media to Stream line a full production day… like you said I don’t know if one column with such a thick layer of powder would be good or not… thank you in advance!!

Yes you can.

I run 6x14in of solid powder right now and it flows as fast as you want. You can run your system the same speed as before the crc days. Learn how to flood your CRC properly and get it wet then it’s good to go until the end. I just Valve it off if it overlaps days and will sit over night. Bigger crc’s are a shit ton more effective and alot more productive. Go bigger.

Hi, I only have a little “hobby” setup but I want to try the crc tech. Is it possible to use this tech for smaller systems? My plan is to fill the filter media into a filter plate stack directly under the material/dewax column. I would be very happy to receive help and tips.:slightly_smiling_face:
