I keep trying to buy one from you! What’s the lead time? Let’s do it!

For me i have to purge super low temp for shatter. I pull a super slow muffin at like 92°f then after it’drops I drop temp to 82° and purge for like 4-5 days flipping once to twice a day. If any of my oil touches anything over 100° It nucleates under vacuum and sugars within an hour.

I only experience that when I dont dewax thoroughly…it will sugar up at high temps…could also be if u scrape the last of the pour out and add it to the slab

This is awesome
Someone asked about checking the pH of your concentrate
If inrenember(I’ve never had a real chemistry class) the way you check the pH of an oil or np solvent is to mix with distilled water, separate, and test the pH of the water.
So much to respond to but I forgot most of what I wanted to say so back to rereading

Take ph of some 96% ethanol
Take same amount of oil ad to ethanol and take ph
Gives a fairly good indication

Thank you!! Now I can figure out of if t-41 is actually changing my ph and if ph is related to stability!

What do you mean by this? Wouldn’t the ph of the alcohol throw off the reading for the ph of the extract?

That is why you take a reading before of the etho to see how neutral it is normal etho is around 6.5 /7.5 ph
If the etho Isn t neutral then it won’t give a good reading
Same with water water can also. Have ph swings but will not mix thoroughly with your oil

I don’t know I’ve always had this problem until I turned my oven temps way down. Even back when I was dewaxing open blast through a Büchner funnel with -65°f oil going through, it was definitely properly dewaxed and still sugared if over 100°f. I don’t dewax since I switched to CLS. I just run cold temps, like -40 to -50°f. But if I keep my temps low I rarely get sugar.

Here’s some current runs all with the same ratio of 100g each of silica, t5, and activated alumina. I did one run without any remediation, just a very cold/filter plate run like I would typically do for reference. All different strains but same age trim from the same grower. 4x48 columns

That looks fire!

Did someone try this in pentane? I see Roguelab saying it works. I tried in heptane & wasn’t impressed so far…

Breaking dabs did it on ig

I’m struggling trying to figure out how to post a video on here. Any thing I need to know to make it work?

could be an OE interface

Pentane works better than hexane or heptane
But if extract is not gold from start
There is this red amber when extracted with room temp hexane that doesn’t get out for now
Waiting on some more powders to arrive
