Ibogaine Hydrochloride for heroin addiction?

It’s funny you say that. I’ve heard that gabapentin got rescheduled because it’s abused in combination with opioids.

I honestly wish I was prescribed Valium for sleeping. Every time I couldn’t sleep at the E. R. I was given Valium and I would laugh myself to sleep. Every time I would laugh myself to sleep the nurses would think it’s cute.

im nearly at making it but really it is that insidious.

funny the key to clad otc manufacture was a brake cleaner

its amazing were half of these chemicals get used and the depth

of search you really have to have to find them.

chloro acetyl chloride is the target and its made in two steps

from brake cleaner or dry cleaning liquid.

who would have thought.

now as for the dangers of this compound the natural feeling

you get from gaba agonists is the insidious part.

you really don’t feel like your getting hooked then one day

you wake up and there is a hole in the sky and chip and dale

are raining nuts on your head.

can’t leave the room to scared anxiety plus.

this is the hint.

we never take it.

so before you know you redose and so on and so on.

20 to 30 vals a day latter and if you stop your dead.

now see how likely you are to commit crime to get your fix.

really dangerous stuff.

Mmmmmm love me some Alan Watts, he make my goblin brain go “oooooo shiny.”

Regardless of ANY substance, nothing replaces a balanced life, have work to do, a home to rest in, food in your belly, and the knowledge it will all be alright the next day, will do better, than any replacement therapy.

Some people need extrinsic substance for verified imbalances, that is the only tangible use. Everything else is taking a stab at it.

Weed doesn’t “fix” the underlying issue. But it sure helps slow one down enough in hopes that they can find relief from it. But there’s still an issue you need relief from.

Weed induces GABA btw. Its actually the synaptic response to CB1 and CB2 semi agonists and agonists, also why full agonists at high doses cause seizures.

ye looking at the protein that the cb1 receptor is wrapped in there are a lot of receptors
around the cb1 that could be effected by these compounds.

understanding the pharma side of it is all new too me so I am slowly learning.

I wish to in time take it all back to chemistry so I understand what reactions are

actually happening when these compounds bind to the receptor.

but all in time.

Anatomy and physiology, biology, Chem, give you a great foundational knowledge.

The only reason I know of this interaction (honestly) is a good friend of mine is a nueroscientist (God I loved having conversations with him) and we had a session over interactions, he showed me the paper, I just never received a copy sadly…
