Woah. You are a soldier. A survivor.
You got this surgery. You got recovery on lock too.
Just follow ALL physical therapy and post surgery instructions and you should be walking again in no time.
I’ve had to learn 3 times now how to walk again.
If you need any advice or want to share stories about the accidents we’ve been in hit me up anytime.

That’s some nasty energy you had to endure. Hopefully it went right through you and you shake it off. Sending healing vibes and prayers your way. If the need presents itself down the road, maybe check out a book called Waking The Tiger.

Yes, they are permanent. Unless there’s a reason to remove, like infection.

I had a femur break and it may have been spiral? my knee and foot faced backwards/ I was a kid so healed like a champ No surgery, just traction and full body cast.AND the therapy. The therapy is as important as anything else.

Just wait till you see the bill for that hardware you just bought.
My wife had a 360 titanium cage placed in her lower back, she had a one level fusion. If I remember right that cage cost $135K, just for the hardware.

unless hes rich he can deal with low credit for a while. A buddy from poker deals poker, has never paid tax in his life, has many kids, grows weed in a house he bought for under 10k. Actually got in an accident by a buddy driving drunk. Now hes totally crippled has one eye and the bills were in millions, he doesnt owe shit he makes more now off disability but they cant take that. I picture stoned healing fully, getting a level up off here and its off to the races. Lots of people have jobs available that dont need knees moving. My point was if I ever get a million dollar hospital bill im not paying. Low credit is the new normal with covid, dont sweat it. Use it all up and dont pay it.

Damn bro that’s a trip!! Just today driving to work on 880 I hit traffic. An suv hit the divider and was engulfed in flames, wheels blown off and everything. I dont know you but i sure hope you heal fast and keep enjoying life. @StoneD may the god of gods king of kings creator of creators be with you through this pain and suffering your enduring.
