Please excuse my rage, I don’t want to come off as unhinged but I am so damn sick of the blatant disregard for honest discussion and I am very tired of the same rote replies flung in my face upon broaching the subject. First of all, let me alleviate the typical accusations slung at users like me; No, I don’t sell D8, I’m not a part of the D8 industry, I don’t make any money selling hemp or anything, I toyed with the idea of selling vape pens a few years ago and that was it, so fuck off if you’re going to call me a shill.

I’m so fucking sick of it, I’m fucking sick of every forum, every chat room, every bar discussion with fellow tokers, every fucking website, D9 sellers are VERY BLATANTLY BIG BUTT MAD that the price of flower crashed dramatically with the industrial hemp competing in the same space with the advent of the legalization of D8 in 2018. And I’m calling them out. I was just banned from Coco for Cannabis, being accused of being a shill, of posting spam, of making up lies, and wOw wHaT a MoTheRFuckInG JeSus fuCkiNG aSs blAst of a coincidence they just happen to grow D9 flower for sale. Gee williker wowee zowee I’m absolutely positively certain that when the mods make statements like the following

I’m sure it’s down ENTIRELY in good faith only and is definitely not a BLATANT FUCKING LIE to state that Delta 8 “can’t get you high and is worthless” which literally defies all rational thought, stands in contradiction with literaly millions of anecdotal accounts and also reputable research studies done on the efficacy of D8 vs D9 (will provide source upon request, takes time to find links) because surely nobody would ever lie in order to protect their brand and wouldn’t disparage their competition in a desperate attempt to maintain relevancy in a rapidly moving industry. For the record, I’m the first person to shit on bad D8. I’m constantly telling my friends to stop buying untested gas station shit (sadly to no avail) and I am a huge advocate for a regulated (but not in the gay big government Nazi/Communist way) industry that involves OSHA approved standard safety protocols for chemical production and testing for residuals like heavy metals and solvents.

It’s fucking PATHETIC guys, and it’s transparent as all get out. This bullshit is exactly why when I talk to my family, my friend, random people at bars, strangers online and IRL, co worker, they are all fucktarded idiots who don’t understand the first thing about the product they inhale and spout constant nonsense and garbage misinformation like how “Indica totally mellows you out maaaaan” or how inhaling from a bong instead of a joint “just hits different bro!” (NO, it DOESN’T, you are wrong. You are literally stupid if you actually believe this and I’m tired of pretending its not stupid. It’s the same flower, it’s the same oil resins in it, it’s the same chemicals being inhaled through the same method, incineration applicated heat that vaporizes the resins that then form chemical vapors that goes into your lungs, it is not “hitting different”, it’s entirely psychosomatic) because all there is out there is bullshit from stupid assholes who are just out to make a dollar.

Oh and on the strength and feeling of D8/910/HHC whatever, stop bullshiting yourself guys, it all hits the same, I’ve used it all I don’t even give a fuck anymore if it’s “wrong”, I had to prove my fucking point and I’ve give my friends D8 joints and told them it was D9, or HHC, or whatever and they couldn’t tell it was D8, they felt no fucking different every time (they smoke D8 and it was the same D8 we usually use so dont yell about me giving people weed they dont usually smoke if anything it just proves the point even more if you’re being honest about it). Look I’m not an expert on how THC interacts with Gabba inhibitions and neuronic re-up take so I won’t pretend my anecdotal experience is scientifically conclusive but it’s basically all the same shit as long as it is THC or is an analog of THC.

God I don’t even know what I’m ranting about anymore, I’m just tired of how fucking stupid everyone is about weed.

I’m completely aware but the common vernacular is to refer to it at D9 since that’s what you’re smoking the THCA for anyways, I just didn’t want to get started on the infinitely deep pit of stupid that is the loophole and legal logic surrounding it. Politicians have sub negative IQ when it comes to weed, like the number is so low that just like when you count down from 0 to -1, there is a different set of logic needed to calculate and represent how low the number is because integer negative values cannot convey how small it is.

Although I prefer to go by the moniker of “mentally challenged”, I find it less hurtful… And yet even I can see that you come across as angry ignorant jerk that is most likely quite a bit “challenged” yourself. I’m just tired of being gaslit about weed. That’s what this rant is really about, this constant erasure of the reality set in front of me. Lies from government, lies from family, from schools, from dealers, cops, it’s like literally the entire fucking planet is incapable of having an honest discussion about a bowl of pot.

Fairly certain delta 8 would work as an alternative for methadone / suboxone for people who actually want to get off of heroin, as opposed to those who are on methadone to pretend they’re clean.

Lotta people suggested legalization would help, but a lotta junkies don’t fuck with d9 due to the anxiety and suicidal ideation exacerbating the mental health problems they’re already (avoiding) dealing with.

News flash here, anything not heroin would be a good replacement therapy, especially not heroin/opiates. Even going to D8 and canna isnt sober, but just a good replacement therapy that isnt “as” dangerous.

Going outside, touching grass, and eating well is a good one too. :man_shrugging:

The best friend I ever had was a lifelong meth addict who moved to my area of the country to get clean, which he did. Friends of mine set it up. He mostly slept for about a month, and then re joined society with the help of a constant supply of dank weed, which we all supplied to help his recovery. And he fbcking nailed it…there’s not supposed to be a way to get off meth but it happened for him. I saw him being able to give Christmas gifts for the first time to his family and son, bc he was clean, and that was one of the most gratifying parts of my growing eperience, that I helped that happen. Tony died in a motorcycle accident a few years later, but he didnt die an addict.
