Hydrocarbon Extraction has a Vague Blanket Patent

Didn’t you attempt to dox me about a year ago? How can someone be so massive and YET still be a lil bitch?

@qma How can someone have a significant other but fuck whores in other countries???

It’s pretty easy, actually.

I’ve never partied with you in my life. I do remember walking to get tacos with you, but you couldn’t finish that hike on foot unfortunately

Yes, there are some many interesting details unknown.
I will look forward to coffee and donuts.!

To the forum:

I have done my best to educate the BHO group about the unknown aspects of butane extraction chemistry. Actually rather difficult to think about. “Butane works but no theory a few dozen hints” can be found on this forum. Although I have experience working with the alkanes dating back to the 1970’s freezing the lipids out and making concentrates, the observation that cannabinoic acids are soluble in everything from nonpolar aprotic to polar protic solvents is something to marvel at.
I am only interested water chemistry now, but the end point is cannabinoic acid crystals and crystallization which is a subject matter and an ART in and of itself. Certainly any novel process involving this art is also patentable…I have to credit @johnbigoilco for getting me interested in the details of THCA crystal forms. You never know where you will find a gem. Unfortunately it circles back to the alkanes and crystal forms…

I can only say, at least using protic solvents one understands that the ‘process” is one of anion extraction chemistry. Excepting a few, 4200 remains totally ignorant of the details. A close inspection of Patents reveals that there are 6-10 patents in this little niche as well. I decided to research pulling off cannabinoic acid extraction with FDA GRAS materials only, reducing the process to a “FOOD KITCHEN” process…cooking. The anion chemistries of CBDA and THCA are rather different and it takes some time to get every detail under hand in the “organic GRAS application”. It has taken years, and it is proprietary (what I know), and I have no intention of Patents.
Although there are water processing patents…the basic practice of extracting plant phenols and rescorcinols with base water goes back to the 1940s in the cannabinoid field.
Update 2023, @RogueLabs Europe is offering 50 gallon containers filled with water processed CBDA crystal. Certainly a milestone for the industry.
As Sidco-Cat points out a deep search in the literature for known and public information when considering Butane application to Cannabis plant material would be helpful for anyone intending to challenge patents in this field. A lot of people using Alkanes early on did not know the Cannabinoic acids even existed because they were working with fucked up decarbed plant material…so you see the entire field is fraught with ignorance. Do you want to know about THC extraction history or THCA extraction history…?
Two very different subjects…and patentable “ARTS.”
Kortefirst isolated THCA as an amide complex…even he was confused by THCA chemistry…anion-amide complex.
which of course is a very good example of “butane works/no theory).
So when people here talk about “hydrocarbon Extraction” you see the subject matter is “Grey” at best. There are very knowledgeable contributors here.

As far a patents go, listen to what Sidco-Cat et al are trying to achieve. When I first mentioned that the process of “closed loop butane extraction” had patents, I had no idea it was such a touchy subject matter. Honestly, I was just trolling Anon a bit.

As an industry for “small businessmen,” I don’t see much future in cannabis extraction. If the consolidation process involves Patents and Lawyers…it is just the legal business arena. As TheWillBilly points out, you need a strategy …

Anything you can learn on this forum should not be patentable. To be fair to the forum… I’ve never learned anything from reading a patent; I need to be interrupted by people arguing and going off topic while I read.

At least his significant other admits to being in a relationship with him.

In what language?

bro you are just the chad of all chads. you dont have shit but tryibng to force people out of the market. you should really be ashamed to even be in the cannabis market.

this speaks volumes on your actual abilty to produce or bring anything to market except blue diamonds and lame ass patents enforcements on procudures people were doing on the actual front lines of cannabis risking there freedom and livley hood i gurantee that

you are a total cuck

isnt this the same dude that turned into a incel when he got rejected by a female? didnt free willy try to sue her?

no suprise hes bringing that same incel energy into this situation. Im calling his bluff and this is all he has. If he really had some groundbreaking tech he would not be going this route. This is a move of desperation to stay relevant and thatrs it

Rezolex has been extracting oleoresin since 1992 with alkane. Is their process so much different that it wouldnt set prior precedent to extracting cannabis in a extraction filtration evaporation scheme? Idk it is just hard for me to imagine that some industrial process that is close enough to this doesnt exist already
