Hydrocarbon Extraction has a Vague Blanket Patent

This was being done in 2014/2015 era publicly and it was carried over from other markets and known utility patents. Ask me how I know.

But that doesnt mean shit now without a lot of money to get in fromt of a judge to challenge the patent.

Did you not watch the video where sean from ets says they have spent 600k in lawyer fees to get in front of a judge to fight 3 patents

Thats how you keep it nice and short :kissing_heart:

David McGee was the guy who sold the closed loop patent to the shark firm, and that’s the patent they are actually using to go after these companies. Ets wants to establish co enforceable rights and has challenged the patent so it doesn’t get out of hand and trickle down into a industry fiasco. I would not be shocked if other closed loop hydrocarbon patents involve or mention the prior art from David mcgees original patent(tamisium owner inventor)

Yes. We’re going to catalog all of that at patentwarfareoffice.com

Why do you have multiple abandoned patents.

Why are all the patents you are listed on belong to other people.

Just wait there’s more! I’m kidding. Lol

Why are the patents you are listed on complete troll patents and listed with a patent shark company.

Did you try to repatent and plagiarize numerous extraction methods on a single patent listed extraction from biomass? Are you serious?

Here is your patent that talks about adding coloring agents.

Also you slipped in demineralization from a terpene or additive under a concealed vessel to a dipped temperature to apparently dismantle similar compounds while creating crystalization and trapping either this compounds or colorized agents into the crystals.

You aren’t serious are you?
Hard cracking of cannabinoids?

I sense your salt levels are high. Might I recommend a nice skiing or snowboarding trip. I know the spots :kissing_heart::heart: would melt it with all that salt coming from ya

Nothing salty my good friend.

From the research online it looks like William or @TheWillBilly went to a company to help himself patent stuff. Somehow convincing said holdings company to file his patents and assist in future licensing and market exposure when and or if people come to them for licensing rights. There are two listed holding companies in the misc filings people can read through. So technically he may have had a hand in it, but they patents apparently belong to someone else while he has courier rights to exercise the patents himself since he’s listed.

If it’s anything different I’m sure he will correct me.
