@htking custom short path distillation kit and 5L 10L 20L big head

we could test them before ship out.

That’s great and needs to be done by every glass manufacturer. Please respond to @anon42519203 question of how you will be responsible for if your glasswear ends up being faulty once it arrives stateside. I’m legit trying to help you out here @htking

And you’re trying to stick your head an extra 1.5 feet up your ass.
Who are you to tell me what I’m trying to do and who am I to tell you what you’re trying to do?
It’s fine if you don’t like me supporting your competitor, but at least use valid arguments when trying to bash people man.

  1. I’m not bashing you.
  2. I’m pointing out your commentary is suggestive and reinforcement to thier behavior.
  3. Anything supporting ip theft and unjust enrichment ad patent copywrite infirngement is 100% unethical and harbors no valid argument to begin with.

My grand daddy used to tell me before he passed, evil will always protect evil. Your comment was invalid and in poor argumentive spirit to begin with. You can’t have a good argument when your stealing or encouraging stealing or such behavior. It’s unequitable conduct. Your argument becomes entirely invalid when you engage in that.

Again not directed exactly to you and not bashing you, I’m just saying.

^ much better, thank you. However, since my argument is based around a topic it is therefore invalid and can’t be discussed? That sounds like an invalid argument to me :crazy_face:
I’m trolling at this point. I was genuinely trying to give htking a chance and they just kinda gave a half assed response after avoiding the question so you don’t need to twist my arm not to deal with them haha

Still dont see anything about taking responsibility for products in the field failing… bet it would cost money and increase the costs of chinese products which would inherently make them roughly the same as US based companies products… in fact thats usually how it goes… direct to consumer chinese goods, the consumer is taking the risk… and if they are harmed by faulty products… its on them… sorry, i dont take that bet with oil under vac at 200C… not to mention the worth of said oil sometimes in the $100k range…

Not trying to argue their point but my business liability insurance threw Geico isnt that much more than i was paying for car insurance and renters insurance. :man_shrugging:

Just checked and this protects me against if im sued for libel or slander as well.

If they sold 200 pieces a month…id imagine the cost of goods going up less than $5 a piece which is easy to hid inside chinese margins.

Business tip for the day… for all you sole propeitors and small business…Ask your car insurance provider if they offer business liability insurance…MOST do and it can easily be attached to other insurances you have. If you a good customer and been with them for over 20+ years…they might discount it as your a lifetime buyer of their products.

Actually @spdking has about the same policy as china when it comes to faulty glass, ā€œoh that sucks, too bad.ā€ He doesnt replace it, if it breaks, hes not gonna cover any medical costs if u get hurt

Atleast china sends u a replacement (just gotta pay shipping). Ive had a few buddies that broke their summit heads and he just told em too bad and it was user error (definitly could have been)

Actually really these are policies against people who make willfull mistakes. Take for instance someone who breaks a boiling flask from misuse and looses all thier crude in the mantle and comes back demanding funds for crude and or mantle/electronics/glass replacement. In the United States sellers aren’t immune from liability claims.

Yes theres basically no way to prove one way or the other, so i assume you treat most of them as willfull mistakes. Therefore u do not cover anything just like the china guys/gals.

LOL
How often do you get people asking you to pay for their crude losses? Genuinely curious

Again… wrong, those are for faulty claims. Like, i got sode swipped by a car a few months back… i explained what happened… other guy had a different story… since no one was injured the insurances didnt pay anyone out… but i still got a letter from their insurance saying it was my fault… which it wasnt… they even videod the aftermath and didnt send the video in because it showed them at fault… the insurance covers their ass for lawsuits by stating i made an illegal maneuver since ā€œno one had any evidenceā€ doesnt look good on paper… how many companies have you owned?

Also… design looks like someone was drunk with the design… good luck with efficiencies…
