Very nice setup. I checked the website on those lights and they only have two lights listed and that’s not one of them. I would like to price that light out. What did that run you?

That board is called the game Changer initiator 340, each board if bought individually is $699 I believe. If you buy them as the “680” package (2 boards) it’s $1350 Canadian dollars.

It comes with the boards, you get 2 of them with each board.
With the fixture I have set up I have 4 of the brackets being used, 2 on each side coming out from the middle of center board.
1 pound a light is cool. You know whats really cool is pulling 88 pounds out of a 28 light room of gavita 1000w hps

That’s excellent for you! I have no interest in an operation that size myself, I’m a firm believer of craft growing. For a commercial operation the HPS and AC thing may be the right solution. However in my opinion, for the craft growers LED lighting is a more practical and efficient solution.

I’d be interested to know what the monthly cost of power is on 28,000 watts of HPS and the air conditioning/climate control to keep with that much HPS light. As well as the initial investment costs.

28 lights is craft, that’s only 250 plants @ 9 per. Could be fit in a large basement. I’d say 3k-4k monthly electric bills.

The term “craft” gets thrown around a lot these days. 28 lights and 88lbs per crop is not craft in my opinion. But hey that just my opinion, we are all entitled to our own.

Dude that’s some snobby shit someone with a small garden would say. Just because your garden is in a 5x5 tent and takes you all of an hr a week to work doesn’t mean anyone with more time to devote to their garden doesn’t have a craft grow.
28 lights can be manned with around 40-60 hrs a week. Just because he yielded 88 lbs, its not a craft grow? Sounds like dude just knows what he is doing.

So doing some simple math, both @TopTierExtracts and @CannabisCupChamp2020 are pulling some similar numbers, so not sure why anyone is crowing about being better than the other.
88*453/2800 = 1.4~
4*453/1340 = 1.35~
Craft grow or not, either is pulling about the same weight…
I see this all the time, people get so butt hurt about lights it’s ridiculous.
I myself use leds, but don’t think they are any better, or worse, than other lighting methods.
Hell, the best harvest I ever had was under a shitty 400w hps bulb.
