with the amount of bullshit claims people make about their own products, there’s the corresponding party of others talking shit about competitors. that doesn’t seem like an industry problem rather than a general problem with American society. it’s the American dream taking its toll, get rich quick and don’t you dare look back on the trail of destruction you caused doing it. you’ll have to decide if you want to play cogwheel and further the system or if you want to make a difference and stick it to the competition by not giving a shit.
I have a premium product that speaks for itself on quality and price per dose. I don’t need to bad mouth or speak down to my competitors. If they have made it in the business ecosystem, that means they found their target audience.
In fact, they were doing this as a personal retaliation.
Retaliation for what? Unfortunately this is fairly normal in the industry, and lawsuits are pretty darn expensive. If they’re near you why don’t you first privately propose an in-person meeting to see what their problems with you are? Be amicable, but frank in saying that you want to resolve the problem they’ve caused. Add that it’d be ideal for both sides if you can resolve this without having to resort to legal action.
Downside is that you have to be prepared to lose everything you put into it. At that point it’s a game of chicken of how much money each party could lose, if you don’t fully go through with it you’re stuck with your legal fees.
If that’s the case then he needs to link this OG drama. Why help someone who is not willing to give us the details? He wants our help and advice right?
If I come to the community for help I am going to give them ALL the details and not be vague. It is not like he is BM. I am not saying I am certain he is Steve but still feel if someone wants help they need to be forthcoming or kick rocks.
That’s just IMHO and I am sure some might feel different.
No I feel that 100% it honestly threw me for a hard loop, but he sent me a dm explaining, & afterwards he still was jolly & had fun with us, I fully appreciate people like that. I can see why he doesn’t want to link himself to his company as of yet as they have something I have yet to see come to our industry & will be more than glad to give them a chance to show up with it as it peaks an interest for culture appreciation.
I did mention he should link his identity but as all of us do ( make it industry not irl)
