Nice man. Great job. Im still having issues with clarity even when using fresh frozen. Luckily we just harvested so I will have even fresher material hopefully that helps. I just donā€™t want to run crc.

If you got good material crc really isnā€™t needed at all

well ive only seen clear like that from people that use crc. i usually get lemonade yellow but if i could get clear like yours id be happier.

Agreed! But you donā€™t need external pressure to do so. Butaneā€™s vapour pressure at 18C is roughly 30 psi. If your miner can withstand 30 psi of pressure then your butane isnā€™t going to evaporate at all.

I suppose in my parent comment I meant that you do not need external pressure (from N2 or argon or whatever) to make impressive crystal formations.

I was only talking about growth. Not a mention of pour off from the miner, but opening it up before it is finished is probably not recommended

For sure I got that. Maybe wrong thread? I was just touching on miner related things with a touch of jar differences and not opening before done but when done. Thereā€™s some solvent when done, as to what amount would differ on different folks as well as the overall amount of batch size :v:

Late to the thread but what psi do you want the miners prv set to? 80psi or 150psi?

Well, Iā€™m definitely not getting the butane warm enough to push 80psi. You could easily get away with 50 psi or less. I had one that was set to 30psi, which Iā€™m getting back actually. Thereā€™s also auto release prv, too. Theyā€™ll let out so much pressure every given amount of time and stop and a specific pressure setting.
