They built it out of pocket as a replacement for a high rent, high electricity cost location, that wasn’t streamlined or economical.
I’ll leave my life in the uk right now and flight out

@Cryo13 how hot does the mezzanine get with all that hvac equipment running?
All in all looks great. Kudos
It has multiple thermostats, running the fans pulling out the top and the louvers for the intake.
It doesn’t get hotter than 80 but the fans shut off regularly, we’ll see what it does on a 100+ degree day soon though

Do you use any of the waste heat for winter temps in the rooms? Don’t know if you need that in your climate. Just curious.
No we don’t, it requires cooling year round, each 30 light room has 15tons of cooling, so it uses what it needs, while never using it all.
also has heat incase it needs that, so far it hasn’t.
