i’ll vouch for @Rainbowp3nis if you all think deps can match indoor. one thing i’ve noticed is outdoor/deps has more leafs
I’ve got fire ins at 12 bro.
I think there’s a lot to just flat out genetics. The dudes in humboldt have line bred dank genetics even in seed form. I’d bet most mass produced clones aren’t even elite, just some seed that popped and then was cloned. I’m seeing a lot of people in VA buying clones at pop ups and I seriously doubt any of them are elite, probably not even tested.
I’m pushing popping 100 seeds over the last few years and I’ve seen maybe 2 plants that really stood out, and none have been elite. Once I find my first ‘the one’, I can pretty much guarantee that I can grow it in stagreen doodoo potting soil and people will still say “goddamn” when I give them $2 worth of bud they think is worth $100 …
Overfeeding plants if waeting money and getting generic results…
Im surprised that spoon feeding plants aint a thing…
If you have to ask, you can’t afford it.
Allways forget to use ayetalics…
Full disclosure… I have a msc on cannabis physiology phtotosyntesis comparisons between drug type sativa and indica…have been involved in designs and planing of first legal marijuana gh in EU back in 2017.
I am a agro consultant for several hectar fields and gh growz in Eu and other parts of the world… Wich we pair with quality analytics that we trust fully…
So anyone dumping exces nutes in their grow can hit me up and we can go over your fertigatation/ fertilization/lighting/geopositioning strategic plan and save good money.
Spoon for all who do that…spoon feed your plans…
Microscope survey of the amount /type of bug skeletons would be the surest way to tell indoor VS gh VS outdoor. It would take a bit of time and trail n error though and would depend a lot on the growing region… ie how many bugs you’d expect outdoors VS indoor.
I can confirm one instance that the seed producer assured us the strain would perform at leadt in the 15%cbd range…
The light dep tesult went over 20%…
But having said that, that could be a number of things contributing.
Debrie could come from an indoor coco setup also any numberof bugs, with a undity schedgule and lack of positive pressure.
I think it would be wise to conduct a chemical analysis, and see what story cannabinoids tell…theres surely some telltale sign to the mosaic of your origin story
Negative some people are growing greenhouse and selling it at indoor prices. How do you tell?
A thread lies within the search bar… With the same question
Light Dep examples
Best weed is hands down, soil grown, organic, summer, light assisted, light dep from the coast.
The coast gives u terps but also mold, so durring the summer thats not an issue and your just getting the terp benefit. More natural light each day means the plants have more time to bulk up and trich out/sugar up.
Trichomes are the plants natural sun block, so more sun = more trichomes = better weed.
Ive terp tested the same clone grown indoors and outdoors. Indoors, the terps contained 4 or 5 terps at detectable levels. The outdoor light dep contained 28/32 terps that they test for. That could be due to the different nutrients they are feeding on or the sun, i thought it was the sun making the difference.
It was Boss OG, indoors was grown with GH nutes and gavita lights, flood and drain style. Light dep was grown in soil with aged composted manure, knf foliars and lots of worms and decomposers.
so it looked ok. was that the point is that light dep can be good? I think the issue is outdoor growers of a big space dont take proper care?
Knf worms…. I already know it’s good
Sexy pictures! Living organic soil is where it’s at
Let’s see a picture of your indoor next to what @Thetetraguy posted. That might answer some questions.
im saying it looks good. but the market does say light dep is no good. They also choose weed based on names instead of how it smokes
The reason why the market says light dep is no good is cuz they cant tell the difference and feel custied when they buy a light dep pack for indoor prices.
That is one thing ive noticed over the years, its very rare to have ur customer smoke test it b4 they buy it now. Used to be a common occurrence, now its rare to see. Only the old heads want to try it b4 buying it.
I prefer sun/light combo over straight indoor.
