How do I front fill uncut distillate without taking loss on my tips?

I bought an ATG pharma filling machine for my Syringes and Cartridge Tips but my customers don’t appreciate the 10-20% cut that machine requires to function properly. I’m not looking for a way to fill my 1 ml luer lock syringes without having to dip them directly into a beaker of warm/hot oil as I will take significant loss on the tip. If anybody has a good solution I would love to know.

This thing may be a viable option. There’s another thread on here that’s just about this. I’ll find it

I have the ATG filler and its pretty accurate but if you are going to spend the money on it why not front fill with the luer lock?
