I enjoy infusing cooking oil with various peppers, especially Thai Chilies, and hemp.

I sous vide brisket for 36 hours, flash chill, then throw it on the smoker for 2 to 3 hours to get the bark. I’ll take the juice from the sous vide bag and add it to a pot with BBQ sauce and simmer it down. Comes out amazing.

I’m thinking about adding some infused butter in the sous vide bag. Thinking the juice mixed into the BBQ sauce is gonna be fire.

No smoker here. Just an insta-pot. Last time I made some pulled pork, it was so so.

Two of my favorite hobbies in one place this must be heaven. I bet some of the fabricators on here could come up with some really innovative indirect smoker designs.
