I had a good hunt online and calling a lot of different organisations in my country and I was told only one place does it and you need to be a licensed supplier to get it tested sadly (starting meterial)

Other places can test it but they said it will only come up as āplant materielā they use cheap spectrometers

Might be a bit too expensive at the moment if youāre still purchasing the basics, but there are other options out there that donāt involve having to send in to a lab, like the Orange Photonics Light Lab units. Could even lead to a little side hustle running rudimentary analytics for others who lack access.

With your setup currently, once you open blast into the jar, make sure itās at least half full, itās easier to crash with more inside. Set it in a 70-80 degree room for roughly 1-4 hours lid off. Once you see it shrink down over 1/2 to 2/3rds gone. You should have a see through consistency. This is when you place the starter seed diamond/s inside. It should land on top of the solution and then slowly fall down, if it doesnāt sink down, you evaporated to much, if it falls straight down without landing on top of liquid and sitting first, thereās to much butane left still. The diamond should start letting off bubbles on bottom, seal the jar softly.good chance youāll hear it pop a few times and reseal the lid. Youāll have to learn the sweet spot where it holds max pressure without the cap popping. By morning it should be sealed and possibly the jar lid might be bent up, thatās normal as long as the seal is holding. Place on a heating pad on low, within 24 hours you should have 1/2 crystallization, within 4-7 days should be done with least half to 2/3 crystals. This method produces smaller crystals, less see through. Same method without heating pad, in a dark room, takes roughly 30 days, but youāll get those 1gram diamonds that way. People that smoke donāt care about diamond size, just consistent quality and flavor.

Finally all set up with CLS with fresh wet bud. Just tried to run it and I noticed the bud was way to wet and clogged up cause shitload of back pressure. Should I dry the bud out abit before running it again? or pack it less compacted? Or mix like a half pound of dry bud with it? (Iām using 400g fresh bud that has been frozen right after it was chopped from the plant)
Noticed chlorophyll in the little amount of extract that managed to make it past the water blockage. Guessing thatās because chlorophyll is water soluble
Back pressure from fresh frozen sounds like youāre still open blasting. No gap between nozzle and material creates an ice plug. Same can happen in a CLS if your material is jammed up against a diptube or showerhead.
You probably let the material thaw and created an ice block. Material should stay frozen through the entire process.

Howās your filtration set up? Are you using Nitrogen?

if you noticed your bud was too wet, it wasnāt frozen enough

Maybe walk us through EXACTLY what you did.
Did you vac the entire system down? How far? How long did you wait before deciding it held vac?
How did you load your column?
How did you prevent your biomass from thawing?
Temps?
Pressures?
N2?
Pump?
Otherwise folks are just guessing at what you didā¦

Sounds to me let you actually ran fresh budā¦not frozenā¦or it was at least partially thawed, thoroughly frozen bud turns to powder when you compact it. Youād have to apply A LOT of pressure to get it to actually clog under proper conditions.

Sorted it out all out thank god. Refrozen in a better freezer. Iāll update you guys on how the diamond mining goes. Thanks again for the help

What are you setting your prvs to?
Iāve never used one Iāve only ever done one diamond run and it was open blast and then used a jar without a prv. didnāt know about the prv thing until after that run.
Someone here should have the answer though.
