It would be good to start with something cheap and small since I literally have to create a market her for thca diamonds since it have never popped up in the “streets” of local darknet markets. So it would take some time before it becomes profitable just like when I created a cart market here (took like 2 years to start moving bulk) but price for average bho shatter is around $60 usd per gram though lol so I would be able to charge more than that slightly
Nice looking hardware I think I will need to limit my investment on the gear until I can start turning profit and create a demand. Definitely interested on purchasing once I have a reliable system down and have created a demand for diamonds in my country

I managed to get more growth from my experiment from reblasting a small amount of bho and burping the jar. I will let it sit for another week or two and weigh the yield and see if the yield is worth it to continue using this dry bud until one of my sources has a grower harvesting so I can grab fresh bud that has been chopped. I have done some research on yields and a few people say you should get around 75% of your extract back as thca crystal. But that’s just people talking on forums.
I also wonder what would be the best way to reclaim everything out of the jar? Scoop the thca crystals out then blast the terp sauce with bho then pour the emulsified tarps and butane onto a silicone mat or baking paper?

When done right your terp fraction should be very thin, almost like water. You may end up leaving a gram in the jar, not worth the labor.
I’d pour the diamonds out, and put whatever terps came out back in the same jar for purge. Definitely don’t use a silicone mat or baking sheet

oh okay so i should have a thin terp sauce once most of the volatile butane has evaporated. mine is a thicker syrup consistency I’m guessing because of my incorrect extraction process + temp + dry bud

You probably don’t need to use the whole batch to seed the next one. Can purge and enjoy some of it if you’re eager to try, or save it for seed in several batches.
Getting it tested on spectrometer today. I am aiming for 97% THCA or over correct?
What would be the standard dosage? I have someone a 48mg dab and it was too much
Their spectrometer doesn’t give purity % but they said it was almost a perfect waveform of THCA so I’m happy
I don’t think I’ve ever weighed out a dab in my entire life.
Spectro will confirm the presence of THCa, but what about the quantity of it in your product? If the ratio of THCa:other cannabinoids is not high enough, you will struggle to crash it out.

I tried to weigh out a gram daily and it turned out to be so disappointing that I was better off just sticking my dabber right in the slab

The point was to test the INPUT…
Testing was recommended as the correct response to “why does this not crystallize”
If it’s a crystal, it is already (essentially by definition) high purity.
