Baffled anyone would decide to build a massive grow in shipping containers these days. $$$$
But when you got that $$$ you use it to make that $$$
Its cheap infrastructure. Especially when you drop them somewhere that has little overhead for the real estate on which they sit…and you can up and move them if you wish.

@TwistedStill and I have containers. Yes they’re not the most appealing to look at, but god damn you really can’t beat the savings. I just spent 2156 with tax and delivery on a 40’ HC container.
If you’re going to bury one, be sure to reinforce the lid so the weight of the dirt doesn’t crush it.
