I told you exactly what to do as soon as you started having issues. After your first few zirconia capping defects I offered to take your carts back and eat another zirconia loss, but you opted to fill the rest. I kept reaching out to you but you were more busy with construction or some shit. At that point the only person you can blame is yourself.
There are plenty of other people that swear by that hardware (the zirconias) even if I donāt anymore. Why arenāt their brands fucked up? @Dukejohnson says they are the best carts ever

If youāre talking about AVD then yes Iāve filled probably over a million by now with around .1% failure rate. Taste amazing, looks amazing, only part that breaks is the glass just like a metal cart.
Did have bad batch about 2 years ago but defective carts and cost of oil was all credited so it was dealt with quite well and hasnāt happened again.
Are they cheapest? No but considering how damaging it could be to brand to have a high fail rate itās not worth experimenting to save a dollar a cart at the potential of nuking the very successful brand.

Does anyone know how to avoid the metal dust that is created when the sheet pans rub against the rack?
It seems everyone is using the same sheet pan rack from Webstaurant. Gotta be a way to avoid this. The pans get torn up when the slide back and forth across the rackā¦
