The whole industry is a dumpster fire at this point though let’s be honest. So glad to not work in this industry anymore.
Nope. I came to the stainless company in Murrieta now known as Grm and they assured me of the things @Mosaic_Co-Labs mentioned previously, owning a stainless factory etc. over time they screwed the pooch every project every time so I said goodbye and they continued to screw me even after leaving almost two years ago now.

They promised him equity and never gave it to him. They threw him under the bus every chance they got. @GreenMachine_Consult did hella work for them for free from what I saw.
There were close to 10 team members by the time I bounced.

Albeit making your own form of justice (not completing an invoice) and rightfully so. Respect. At that stage you are lucky to receive anything. Let alone a production clone they mass produced on your idea sadly. I speak from experience on this loss. I’ve also known people to dangle legitimacy (papework for years) don’t repeat this lesson. Establish from the get go… your rule… or be ruled over your ideas.
@FicklePickle this is one of the most humbling experiences and I hope you came up since these past events.
