Georgia $150M class action lawsuit

Most of the traditional hemp arrests were 2018-2020 due to confusion by law enforcement from what I’ve seen. Now that there’s a fed backed standardized method we might see more, but they have to prove a mental state greater than negligence/intent

Now that is certainly interesting.

Ive found people who use words like “squad” “base” “crew” “outfit” really have no clue and are just smoke and mirrors

Been to any weddings lately?

Ok that’s your area bud. There are people, literally on this forum, who claim it’s 100% legal…

about customers getting FOOLED*. If a guy gets arrested with something he knew was illegal when he bought it, that isn’t on the vendor. If some asshole tells someone “hey this is totally legal” and then they get arrested and didn’t even know the shit was illegal, that’s totally different. Idk why this part is so hard to grasp.

Since this has become echo chamber tier: what’s the neatest hemp D9/etc product type that you’ve seen sold? For me it’s beverages - I definitely underestimated their potential, the guys building those successful brands will be the biggest winners out of all this IMO.

Come on… it’s text book confirmation bias. They start from the premise that these products can’t possibly be legal because that’s what they want to believe.

Of course there are some shady operators guilty of this. Waste of time to debate this.

But to claim all operators are knowingly & willfully deceiving customers is a claim that is itself knowingly & willfully deceptive.

We all want to make money. Being a hall monitor is certainly not the way to do so. It merely absolves you of any guilt you feel over not seizing the big opportunity in front of you – the opportunity to deliver what customers want, carefully (compliantly).

Obviously not many here got raised on the “don’t hate the player, hate the game” mindset, all of the misplaced emotions being felt can/should be directed towards the federal and state government for making the rules you dislike in the first place

“…cannabis-derived delta-9-THCA does not meet the definition of hemp under the CSA because upon conversion for identification purposes as required by Congress, it is equivalent to delta-9-THC,” the letter, authored by Terrance Boos, chief of DEA’s Drug and Chemical Evaluation Section,

You are smarter than Congress that wrote the bill and rhe DEA that enforces it.

No one is hating the game as the game clearly states THCA ain’t legal after decarb which is required.

You understand that the Federal definition is just .3D9thc right? Verified several times

Tell into the DEA after they bake and retest your THCA weed

You wouldn’t like prison.
