Georgia $150M class action lawsuit

So who has the cheapest “hemp derived thca powder?”

Needs to have legit coa and legit hemp license

For everyone who’s claiming that their THCA flower is complaint, where is said flower being sold? Someone here can buy some, send it to get tested in original packaging, and we can put this multi-year bickering to bed.

lol really, that’s really my only gripe about it. It reminds me of the stories where an operator asks a friend to deliver a package/etc across town and says “Eh it’s just… clothes, no need to open it.” Then the friend gets pulled over+busted, and the operator claims he never knew of the package.

exactly man.

all the hemp bros think everyone is “just jealous that we’re making money off hemp”
not the case at all. just be transparent about the shit. don’t manipulate test results and deceive customers about the legality. at least inform them it’s a legal grey area.

What a missed opportunity that an account starting with an “A” didn’t like this post between @Hashmints & @Dr_Jebril. That could’ve been poetic.

No one I know that is selling the stuff in my area claims this. They are transparent about the legal loophole. They explain it and customers decide for themselves. Again, as a customer I’d rather have a gray product produced locally bought via retail with receipt that an officer may let me go with versus something unmarked, unpackaged, and definitely illegal.

If y’all really cared about custies getting arrested you would have never operated black market at all. You did, because it was about $ and access to cannabis.

Negligent violations? No

There’s this though:

Farmers forced by TDA to burn crops for >.3% THCa in Tennessee

Theoretically you could achieve but why attempt when the efficiency would be such a nightmare and CBDa is so abundant  I know CBDA to Trans(-)THCa is a little tricky and not a good yeild but it is very easy to hit the other optical isomers

Sounds like they should have cropped earlier or found different strains. Sounds like neglect from the farmers

Yes there is it s a bit of a detour but

Cbd dissolved ethyl acetate with potasiumcarbonate and co2 sparging
=cbd-a
Cbd-a dissolved in dcm with borontriflouride And hexametyldisilizane
=thc-a

 much appreciated! If you see more like this can you send my way, I want to start getting a scope for how hot CBD is being treated, it could give us good idea of how “hot” thca might play out
