This is really interesting . 99.999% water. 0.001% heroin. Who would make such a solution and load it on a truck? Why would you prepare such a solution and ship it from State of Washington to the State of Oregon. Other than interstate transport laws.
Maybe, the Truck itself was make believe? It doesnât seem like profit motivated criminal behavior.
Perhaps the âevidenceâ room was a certified hazardous chemical area with floor drains. Someone on the inside ran water into each barrel with a hose for a night or two and the evidence went down the drain.

He didnât die so much from nitrous oxide then he did from asphyxiation. Itâs like those monkeys that got masked up to weed smoke generators and died from âweed exposureâ but its moreso the mask suffocated them
