Anyone seen this?

Just came here to post about it. Seems like a very similar case: Health warning on hospitalisations linked to ‘Uncle Frog’s Mushroom Gummies’

Do you know what you're buying? Magic Mushroom Chocolate Bars | HappyPICforMe

This is more relevant than ever. I have had ‘lucid journey’ bars and that’s it, even then i’ve had far purer 4 aco dmt

So now it’s muscimol? Or muscimol in some, 4-AcO in others? They maybe intended to have one but got the other? They maybe just threw everything they got into gummies without testing themselves? Who knows… I wonder what will come down the pipe for enforcement. No one died, right? Thankfully…

Probably. I’m not sure if they use a white labeler or not, but someone somewhere down the line used an untested batch for some reason and they sold it without ever going back to test it.

Their packaging always screamed “we spent all the CoA money on marketing, my bad”

One for the “they just bought whatever and threw it in there” column… An older sample just straight up had psilocin in it! That’s one way to make sausage

It’s really neat seeing psilocin and LSD in the same sentence.

/I Sounds way scarier than that dephosphoralated-psilocybin that’s in thems magic patch nibs. /I

I bet @weighty and @villy had a hand in this.

Those guys are super big in the bought whatever and threw it in there game

Negative.

We tested that brand and guess what it showed positive for… 4-aco-dmt imagine that …

Yea, I know why you tested those.

You just want to know what people who are doing the same shit as you are doing.

Skruumz is like his arch rival or something.

A second death suspected to be linked to Diamond Shruumz. Pretty good quote from the article:

FDA testing results released on June 25 indicated that samples of two Diamond Shruumz’s chocolate bars contained 4-AcO-DMT…While these findings are troubling and highlight the common dangers of gray-market microdosing candies, the compounds do not necessarily explain the illnesses. Neither Psilocin, 4-AcO-DMT, nor the related psilocybin is associated with seizures and the severe outcomes noted in the cases linked to Diamond Shruumz-brand candies.

You know what is associated with seizures? Amanita overdoses.

“He was found comatose having a seizure-like episode.”

It’s only gotten worse.

Why is a cannabis soda “worse”'? I view that as really cool and not poison. Lol. There’s no THCP in that etc

a quote from the CEO of CANTRIP

“I see beverages as a way to share what I love with the world, as much as writing a song or a poem. This is my art and my work.”

Man, that sounds like someone who is passionate about their business. Not sure why everyone is ragging on this when the thread is about literally poisonous mushrooms.

People love drama here if it has the word hemp in it LMAO

I’ve seen so many of those amanita chocolates recently. My theory is people are just making psilocybin / psilocin chocolates, but at that point what’s to stop them from adding a wide variety of RCs with similar effects

Amanita extracts aren’t exactly RCs, but what should stop them is that they’re just plain toxic. Not that people in this “industry” usually give a shit

Some would argue 4-AcO is a RC and shouldn’t be allowed as an alternative to psilocin / psilocybin.

Myself and many others would argue it is a perfectly fine substitute and may be preferred by some people.

My biggest gripe is being truthful on ingredients / packaging and having analytics data to back up your claims
