Weird how he wasn’t even told why he’s being fired.
If it’s from posts here. That’s horrible based on some of the stuff from the other employees here. And if it’s from a safety reason. Sounds like bad training.

Well, unfortunately listing the reasons here would breach the confidentiality of the other employees. Beyond that it’s just generally in bad taste.

you would expect the person at least being fired to know the reason… Us here is a different story and we really shouldnt be a part of this… But the employee should know the reason… he gave a reason here…

I’m not sure how you’re unable to discern what I mean by my previous comments, but I can’t really do anything about it.
The workers comp + unemployment applications tag team will answer this.

Yeah that’s the super shady part. Owner goes with employee tells hospital they will take care of the bills no workers comp is needed…… then gets fired before all the bills come in.
That’s some shady ass shit. We pay into workers comp so you can take care of your employee if they were really hurt on the job. No osha report. No nothing.

Never came with ours. And its not needed. If you place a pin in the lock you can easily tighten them by hand.
I dunno I use it every time I put the flask on. maybe why it still works with no issues after 2 years of solid use

I was told I was fired from ups? for what= silent treatment to the boss in a ridealong? SO I got with union and wasnt actually fired and I quit and cleaned my locker and never made a stink with the horrible management. the manager at the end was a really nice guy but it led to my coworkers taking advantage and me having to take up the slack. Imagine me shutting up= it drove the supervisor NUTS. The ridealong rules are designated by union and this was to be a supervisory observation not asking questions= he started right off asking questions and i didnt answer. he can observe me doing my job. he mentioned the fired word and I said IM FIRED and got out the truck, i was fed up.
I ignore people at work all the time…thats what my noise canceling headphones are for!
