Entering this discussion at a late time I would like to add that us custodial engineers in the local oklahoma school districts bring home a neat $12 an hour with summers off and free boxed milk. Got upgraded to a navy jumpsuit over spring break as well. Fly as shit. Other than this one dipshit group of 10th graders it’s a pretty plush job.

Alcohol is the biggest contributor and boon to society. As someone that gets it it’s sad to hear what people that don’t understand it’s benefit to society feel about it because one person in their life couldn’t control it.
Weed and alcohol are just as bad and just as good for all of us. Let’s not get this wrong. I know just as many people that have not succeeded because of weed as alcohol.
If you’re smart enough to use them to better the life around you that’s where the beauty is.

Ehh maybe. Both are bad yes, but, a boy truly without his father is much worse off as I still had my dad to ask basic life questions about and learn a few basic life skills. Unlike most children who grow up without a father or father figure.

So for extractor pay, do you guys think the rate will go up with all of these other businesses raising their starting wages? Or will it stay stagnant?
One thing I’ve considered is that because it’s the cannabis industry and it has that allure to it, there will enough people who would prefer making $20 an hour extracting BHO than making $20 an hour operating a forklift, even though the former requires a higher degree of skill.
What can the folks in the industry do to further their career and/or increase their income? Besides going to school or becoming a manager.
