Extractor Pay Discussion

Say it louder for the people in the back. Lol

I have no degree and didn’t have any experience with CO2 extraction when I started. Super grateful for my opportunities to learn.

I’m not advocating for 6 figures as an extractor but 15$ an hour smdh!

I truly hope after my stating that was starting pay to pack socks this isn’t a reference to that job.

I don’t think 6 figures is a smart starting salary either especially for no experience. But if I’m trusting my lab director around perhaps millions of dollars worth of products. I’m gonna make sure he or she is not hungry

Edit. Wanted to edit for ladies because they are more than capable

I understand business and overhead, I also understand greed!

Many out there are eating real good while employees looking grimy as fuck

The sock packer that job description which read like an extractor also preferred a college education for packing socks too.

From my experience, any position in the industry is a great start. We all started hustling so in reality we were made for this. NineCloud wasn’t as profitable till ChemTek started. Once they both worked together in research to develop better products for both companies more opportunities arised. Diversifying yourself in different corners of this industry will be the most profitable as they all share the same interests and it will be easier to do one task that will benefit all companies.

Gotta start somewhere, doesn’t matter which corner just get in there and push

The job turns into an extractor job in due time. It’s okay though I know you don’t really believe anything I say and push the narrative that I’m lying for no reason.

Who puts someone with no experience in front of an extractor?

With a .25 an hour raise too. It’s all good. I hope your co-workers see how u appreciate them.

You literally made that up and it’s off by a lot. Lol

I put myself in front of an extractor without experience…with the help of all of you I’m still here

When a new technician opens a pressurized crc and covers themselves in powder is what I consider their “baptism”. They instantly develop better skills lol

That’s just not how I operate. Propane and butane are dangerous, and I wouldn’t want anyone to ever get hurt for not having proper training.

I’m the only Lab Director in the company. Then there’s a lab manager. That’s it.

I don’t drive a fancy car.
