I used to know a guy with the exact mindset of Killa. If he decides he doesnāt like you he finds ways to pit people against you. Heās using this guy whoās having a rough time and fucking with his head to cause me problems.

Iām not going to say what I make, but Iām paid appropriately for my capabilities. The right place, pays the right people what they should be.

I know @Dred_pirate. I expect you to be paid accordingly. Enough to support a family. 
This is what Iām saying. Some people work for these mso and donāt expect to pay lab managers or leads. They are making 100s of thousands of dollars of retail products but not even expect a small sliver of the reward.

Iām both and the way I see it is that MOST not all employers are looking to hire beginner level technicians. I would love to pay somebody six figures but with the current prices of oil and how saturated the market is, thatās kinda hard to do. Hiring someone with no experience, they appreciate the knowledge being gained and they work hard to open more opportunities. It works for both parties. I know itās hard for those with experience to get what they feel is fair and IMO if you have that much knowledge you should be looking to start your own business. That would be more promising. Itās not easy to get a license and very expensive. Thatās really the problem that leaves experienced extractors looking where to fit in
