Exotic Strains

What’s the Willie Nelson like? Always wanted to try that out. I wonder if anyone has legit beans anymore.

Wonder what collecting enough of them to be used in a tea or foliar could do?

Its a large yielder and unique high, all time cross in my mind. authentic seeds would be great but i wouldnt get my hopes up.

I imagine it would make the microbeasties really happy as a tea. Not sure about a foliar. Can plants take in carbs through the leaves, or just smaller elemental nutrients? Any thoughts @AgTonik?

I couldn’t really see the feasibility of using it on any scale other than experimenting, unless you find a strain that just dumps sugar. Even then, I would thing it best using a strain with heavy guttation to make more of a whole plant ferment or something of the like. It would still be interesting to try out, for science and bragging rights.

Probably be really tasty in tea for humans, too.

Clone availability, is my guess (just by seeing the $1 extra in the list)

Gummy Punch #16 (Gummy Bear x Purple Punch 2.0)
that new bay area exotic :kissing_heart:

Grows frosty indoor or outdoor and gets jet black leaves finishing indoors.
Purple stems, and some purple popping up in the middle of the buds, exactly what u want from an “exotic”, something u can flex its whole grow cycle

I used to get misty for Brazilian Seed company. I was a masochist and loved landrace pure sativas. Some of the plants wouldn’t take any feed and wouldn’t even finish by 13/14 weeks, but I remember some of those had the most positive, happy buzz I’ve ever had in my life.

Willie Nelson was a 1970’s reminiscent 12-week pure sativa. They are still around, but people pretty much only grow it for head stash with commercial houses being married to an 8/9 week cycle.

Microbes use carbs, plants don’t. Yucca has detergents as a sticker/spreader and molasses has micros if used as a foliar, but the extra sugars would just be inviting something like aphids to the party. Activated tea is probably your best bet.

There is definitely a niche market for the company willing to run those 10-14 week sativa strains.

Is the m.b. motor breath?

Mendo breath is the definition of exotic. Frost and terps, phenos I’ve seen don’t seem like the best yielder. . Would love to do a back cross and take that one pheno hunt.

Rainbow Kush
This is the strain that I use almost exclusively when I make topicals for inflammation and joint pain. CBGa 3.15%
