So I’m curious,
Is your 50 gph skid automated or does it just have data logging?
That looks like a manual needle valve to me which is why I ask
Needle valves don’t control anything once you set the system. It is controlled by the speed of the pump. If you think this negates automation, you are wrong. You set this valve in setup and don’t need to touch it. We have multiple, automated variable restriction valves that we can use and have offered, but don’t work as well in the short cycles of the 50GPH unit, compared to the 600GPH skid, where they are very useful.
Needle valves control pressure when you dont want to adjust flow which controls pore size

Here is a screenshot of data monitoring taken from my home. The system is shut down, and not burning any midnight oil.
We can see the current performance and several data points mapped over time, so we can monitor the performance of the membranes as well as troubleshoot any issues that may come up.
