Hello everyone , I just received my vacuum oven and this thing is such a Pain to program , it has an XMTA-7000 controller it also doesn’t show the settings I see in other videos, I’m trying to set it to 36C to test it out with a flask of water 
as I bought it used , any help

and if that doesn’t help, the fine manual for the controller is ALSO available…
I actually looked up the XMTA-7000 controller manual , the issue is I feel someone replaced or rigged this oven up, as none of the settings I have on my oven are on the video . the options say, SL 00, SL 01, and so on up until 9. i had to sit and manually change each value and go back to see what was changed to see what each option did. I’ve gotten it to at least heat up and set the alarm but other than that its been such a pain to get it to heat to the desired temperature and turn off.
