The “flower loophole” doesn’t actually exist; the rule is just not being prosecuted. Don’t believe me? Read USDA’s rule yourself: Federal Register :: Establishment of a Domestic Hemp Production Program
Under Laboratory Testing Requirements, it says you have to decarb your sample, either literally or mathematically, which would render all THCa as D9, and makes it not hemp. So, THCa hemp is oxymoronic, can’t exist.
That said, THCa flower definitely does exist because the rule is not being enforced as such, and therefore, there is no reason you can’t do the same with a vape. You can buy THCa isolate even, so why not a vape? It’s just a matter of getting the right mix of cannabinoids to keep the THCa from crystallizing.

Those smokless stoves really are legit . You wont smell like fire smoke after hanging around them . They are jacketed pulling cool fresh air in from the bottem and mixing it with the fire at the top to get a more complete clean burn with no smoke . This also makes them cool on the bottom so you can put one on a wooden deck

Yes, but also the regulators who allowed this stupidity. USDA really said, “we’re going to let you grow a crop that looks identical to THC-containing stuff and we’ll use an honor system to make sure no one grows the THC-containing stuff” Can’t really fault people for taking an opportunity to get easy money & can’t unfuck that genie at least until they rewrite the Farm Bill
There is just so much misinformation around THCa now (a lot of it intentional to obfuscate) that it’s important to be clear about what the fuck is actually going on, so people can keep a grasp on what they’re consuming.
