I also brought up the @vapingluna ispire situation. Other situations I can think of is anything along the lines of ‘news’, like posting an arrest record or anything from any other source with a persons name in it per the only purposed rule at this point.
Anything not posted in your screen name shouldn’t be allowed.

I don’t think one ok situation should overshadow all the fucked up ones. I don’t see Liam or vaping Luna posting anymore.
I think all the members confirming the shady selling tactics where enough to oust her and the sharing of dms weren’t needed.
It was people disclosing DMs she sent to them about disregarding liam that started that fire.
I also made public her username changes, which I don’t think is regular user info.

So one circumstance where enough members came forward saying the same thing which thr dms really didn’t need to be shared is your one reason for allowing DMs.
So sharing dms is fair game? Are we setting that precedence on this site? I’m just trying to understand the rules.
Was it fair game for Steve too because his screenname was Steve? These rules seem to be very bias

Definitely frowned upon, and I would put that in an etiquette section. If someone shared a dm never ever dm that person again, right? Even legally that it perfectly acceptable, posting an email you received for instance.
The Steve incident you linked in DM was a case where someone tried to figure out if two users were the same person, using posts and what not to link them to a name. We echo chambered and unlisted the content. It was not a great thread and an example of something that got removed.
If you guys had stuck to just connecting two usernames using info here, fine, right? even by the only purposed rule.
I Think that this is one of those unusual situations were double standard really should apply if you come here; to learn, to teach, to help, to share, to banter, then your and anyanomoty should be protected on a higher level than if you come here because this is highly segmneted target market. If this is your fishing hole and you are looking for customers or this is where you intend generate sales leads - a different set of rules should apply.
I will Use the following example to try to explain why. If company ABC comes on this form and begins selling stuff or services, but it comes to lighy that their stuff is bogus or they’re not honoring their commitments or in any way doing shady business (exploiting our comunity) and then they just fade away. Then, some time later, company XYZ appears on the form offering some different products or services and someone can discover that the owner/s of ABC are the same owner/s of XYZ, well, then we should all know that.
Just as we level up together in our art and science, we can level up in our abilities to identify trustworthy venders.

Amen the disregard for the effects we have on each other’s livelihoods is getting disgraceful…imagine if we all cooperated instead of actively decimated and denigrating those we don’t see eye to eye with or worse…those that we are envious of.
I believe we have made a couple major breakthroughs in THIS conversation at least…even if it was a standoff at first at least it had a peaceful resolution.

That brings up another good point about etiquette and level of standards we should hold ourselves to. Especially as leaders…I refrained from getting involved in the bullshit VerifiedConsultant 
was saying about me until I saw it absolutely necessary to defend myself, or at least expose the ridiculousness of his claims. If people like you, @Killa12345, were not instigating the situation I wouldn’t have cared to respond. But I respect you and cannot allow my name to be held in such negative regard by my peers so I eventually engaged…what I’m saying is why don’t we as leaders and regulars refrain from encouraging this trashy behavior PERIOD. Echo chamber or not…
I’ve honestly been detaching myself from the forum because of the negative energy it’s been imparting on me with all the shit talking…and that’s the worst thing that could possibly result in my eyes…someone choosing not to contribute valuable knowledge or seek said knowledge because of the possibility of it fucking up their day instead of benefiting them and others

For someone who actively records the phone calls and personal conversations and uses those recordings to further their private business gains… then gets busted for it and slinks away in a huff…

@Mosaic_Co-Labs still has not produced any evidence supporting his claim that the audio recording he made of me, without my consent or knowledge, and then shared here- came from a ring camera as is his claim- it’s impossible for him to do so as the recording was made via his telephone.
You guys are all sitting here circle jerking with a so GLG leader about privacy and etiquette and it’s sort of scary seeing the lengths that this person will go to to promote the idea that they’re some high and mighty pillar of ethics and morals- you’ll find that these types are most often the worst offenders- as is the case here.

Why Bend?
One of the characters in this story, a self described “methamphetamine shaman” who sports a canvas combat kilt, spent a full week in Bend, following a homeless person around with a rifle- forcing him To dumpster dive at gunpoint- until he was able to pay for the $173.57 worth of meth that he made off with.
That’s about all I know about bend. Seems to fit the bill though.
