Once they’ve separated they can’t be fixed either it’s like the plastic is glued into the ceramic mouthpiece and this batch just got bad glue job. Which also leads me to the finding that potential hot vaporized oil passes through this “glued” joint

The vapor does not pass thru the piece with plastic/glue. If you look on the inside, you can see the ceramic face that the post is held flat against.
Other than that, you are correct, you have a bad batch. Easy to defect check, doubtful it is worth it to put in that time for 1k.
Yank out the plastic pieces before capping. If they pull out, that means they would have fucked up later on.

what sucks is that id have to use some needle nose pliers or something before hand to get a grip on the small 1-2mm protrusion of plastic that the gaskets sit on. this would mar up the plastic retainer in doing this check. you cant get your fingers around the inner plastic retainer to “yank” them out beforehand and i fear pliers would just fuck shit up.

So, I found these pretty sweet ass batteries. Have 4 different heat settings. And the part that covers the cart keeping it safe, is also a preheated cover for warming up and helping the cart flow. Instead of heating the coil to preheat. 900mAh battery too which helps it rip pretty hard.

These are vapor tech. I think I got em for like $20-25. They work really well. I want to find em for cheaper, too. I grabbed a few because they are pretty cool. And hit better than the regular palm ones. And the heated cover is kinda cool

Even with the winters here being extremely mild, in comparison. Once it drops down to 65-70 or so. Stable disty doesn’t want to flow. These work great for that. Let it heat for 5-8 sec and I can take rip after rip. I could probably empty a cart in a few hours.
