Fun aint it?

I been doing it probably a year or so

I like it. Cereal bars are fun cause I can pump out 30 every 20-30 minutes

600(60 packs) of gummies in 90 minutes sometimes 2 hours then takes me 15 minutes to fill molds.

Can pump out 4 600 batches a day if I tried i have the molds rn for it finally but needa package ones i have

I got the most recent batch of mango pretty clear as well.

Each batch gets better and better

I don’t think it is universally, my favorite pectin gummies range from near jelly to being kike sour patch watermelons

Certain types of pectin are very firm, also way more susceptible to too much water in the gummy. But yes can be very firm like gelatin.

Uhhhhh

To the OP.

Do these come with recipes? If so, are they gelatin based or pectin based?

How many trays come with the machine? Besides the gummy bear or gum drop tray……what other trays do you offer? Any with delta-8 or that have THC?

Yes, it will come with recipes. I have both gelatin and pectin based receipts. Pectin base is a little bit harder to make than gelatin.
One metal tray that hold gummy mold will come with this unit.
I assume you are talking about the gummy mold right? First 20 gummy bear mold will be free.
Each additional gummy mold will be $18 each. Custom made mode is available as well, and we will need a CAD file from you for that.
It can make delta-8 or delta-9 THC gummy for sure, I have test this machine with THC recipes.

Which is the harder one?

thx for the correction: “Pectin base is a little bit harder to make than gelatin.”
In my experiences, pectin require a PH adjustment before pouring into mold. And after the acid is added, gummy solution will solidify in short period of time.

I’ve had no problem making pectin gummies that last… gelatin gummies don’t have much shelf life comparatively.

Then your not doing them correctly…

Mine didn’t mold or anything, but they’ve gotten noticeably chewier. Haven’t kept any sealed, just a Ziploc in a drawer

Been using molds from @mgucci via pour and scrape. Still have halo and indention issues when doing so. Maybe let em set up a little more before the final scrape?
