Syringes?

Or an automatic filler gun? Like the cart farmer

Do you mind sharing what molds you use?

If heā€™s pouring and scraping, I bet its one of the molds that has little to no space between each cavity. Canā€™t remember the company name but they have some great moldsā€¦ Similar to this. (Idk his molds/SOP, this is just my guess)

I knew he didnā€™t pour em lol fuck i misread my bad lmao ignore this part

God Iā€™m curious now lmao

And jesus that looks like some insane quality plastic not silicone is why. I have cheap amazon molds:/ need to upgrade soon. Want to have a big ass mold of 600 1.0mL gummies per.

Those are on their way as we speak.

Yes WE POUR and scrape my recipe with those molds. No mess no waste.

Damn you switched to pouring:(

How does it work though? Better than a bottle or syringe?

Cause my main thing is I work on my own so an automatic filler would be sweet to have so I can prep packaging while it fills

Yep, these are the exact molds I was looking for online, but canā€™t remember who makes them for the life of me. These are niiiiice.

You using gelatin or pectin? I think our recipe (pectin) would set too quickly to be able to pour and scrape without much waste.
And are your gummy weights consistent throughout the mold?

Still using the gelatin.
There are others using the pectin with this method.

Yes, and this is why we switched.

If you are looking for a larger unit, please check out this one I set up in Irvine, CA.
Can do around 200lbs of gummy per hr.
I donā€™t sell this one. One of my friends bought it, I was there helping with setup. The pricing is around $85,000.
