Ohio THCa transport conviction upheld in the supreme court
Lawsuit filed in Ohio Supreme Court challenging Governor DeWine’s line-item veto of 17 hemp-beverage-related sections of S.B. 56. The plaintiffs argue the Governor can only line-item veto spending items, and because the vetoed sections did not involve spending, the veto should be treated as invalid. If the Court agrees, the original pre-veto bill would be treated as the law.
