I think there’s a pretty large amount of prior art for most of their claims, I haven’t dug in too deep
I think the focus of this lawsuit is their competitors marketing products as being natural HD9 from mother liquor when it’s actually just from regular old weed(allegedly)/unfair competition claims
Thats one way to stifle the competition I guess.
There are like a half dozen hemp bills in Indiana this year, looks like this one is getting a head start over the craft hemp bill
Indiana senate floor vote on sb250 is also scheduled for today, it’s poised to ban most hemp products. None of the others have made it out of committee that I’ve seen
