What access? The program is so thoroughly fucked that we’re now 6 months into the start of the med program and there is NO product available. Even if you qualify, there are NO dispensaries.
The lottery system was noble, but allowing out-of-state MSOs to compete with everyone else as long as they could get a registered agent in the state of KY was fucked up.
