Should allow it if its cgmp compliant and abides by the law . However on the other hand how does one manage quality control over the counter when most processors are not cgmp comliant. Maybe cgmp certification from wholesale to retail and link access to batch # coa sku on product packaging to ensure accpuntability.

2023 USA has 880million acres of total ag land =.003% planted in hemp
It doesnât say how much will be planted for cbd but it does mention that the medical cannabis laws are allowing for this ag production
