Delta 8/intoxicating hemp regulatory and enforcement actions/news

In NJ, Gov Murphy just signed the bill restricting intoxicating hemp products: Murphy signs NJ hemp bill, will halt sales of delta-8, THC seltzers

Should allow it if its cgmp compliant and abides by the law . However on the other hand how does one manage quality control over the counter when most processors are not cgmp comliant. Maybe cgmp certification from wholesale to retail and link access to batch # coa sku on product packaging to ensure accpuntability.

Another raid in TX today, Denton this time

Our hemp lab is cGMP and Iso 9001 certified, but it wont matter unless we pay more to lobbyists than med mj companies do…

Willis said his office handled about 700 THC cases in 2023 and, despite labeling on products saying they were under the 0.3% level, testing almost always revealed THC amounts “many times over the legal limit.”

The manufacturer’s website includes San Diego lab results stating only a trace of delta-9 THC was detected in the “white runtz” product Kendall bought.

Jeez. Imagine how many other people have dealt with the same shit behind SDPharmLabs “unknown peak” bullshit. Civil suit time for Kendall?

And what has happened with those 700 cases? Legit arrests or convictions or have the majority/all been beaten?

Ukraine gna get Into the game? No license needed “making it essentially a regular agricultural crop”

8000 hectares = 19,768 acres
Ukraine has 41 million hectares of total ag land = .02% planted in hemp

USA acres planted = 27,680 acres
2023 USA has 880million acres of total ag land =.003% planted in hemp

It doesn’t say how much will be planted for cbd but it does mention that the medical cannabis laws are allowing for this ag production

We have one person on the forum facing 10-99 for hot liters right now. Texas doesn’t distinguish between d8/d9 in crime reporting and the case files aren’t searchable so it’s pretty tough to flesh out

I appreciate the joke, if that was your intention.
If you are being serious, just look at the sentence structure. It’s coherent, and well written. There are commas where the commas belong, and there are no ALL CAPS WORDS trying to emphasize a point unrelated to the topic.

@sisu have some self-respect. Lol

Hey just my thought - I won’t disrepect anyone for thinking the exact opposite.

I’ll make another fun prediction - at the 11th hour Desantis will throw hemp to the curb and subtly endorse Amendment 3.

Farmers and farm families are incredibly resilient people. I hope it all doesn’t come crashing down on them.

Like the recent raids in Texas, DEA was involved with these raids too.
