South Dakota ban bill has passed out of the House
A new class action lawsuit was just filed in Georgia federal court alleging hemp retailers, hemp brands and manufactures, and testing labs all conspired to perpetrate a criminal conspiracy under RICO against the class of plaintiffs by tricking plaintiffs into buying illegal delta-8 THC vape products when all along, the hemp defendants knew the products were illegal marijuana because they contained more than 0.3% D9 THC.

What are your thoughts on this? The high level argument solid seems pretty solid but it seems like a mammoth to actually get a judgement on.
