it’ll probably be easier to go after hot products/THCa or the misbranded drugs route, which is what IN appears to be doing
The dea loves to over step its boundaries, they want to go after it but wont because they know they’ll loose. I think the statements they release are more of a scare tactic than anything. Theyre trying to scare the people who dont know the law into complying which is better than challenging a case and loosing and blowing the whole thing wide open. Ive still yet to see the dea get involved with a case that doesnt involve real synthetic cannabinoids or hot hemp.
Its funny to me all they’d need to do is schedule the things they want to control but they dont im sure because they know they wont fall in schedule 1 or 2 especially after that memo that was published about how marijuana should be a schedule 3
Pretty sure theres no such thing as liquid diamonds its all hot AF.
the “thca” distillate was just 79% d9 from one of them
You are correct. But there is a consultant making the rounds right now showing people cbd anti-crystallization tek and telling them they’re gucci
I know this because more than 30% of my recent customers are people trying to fill cannabinoid soups at nearly room temperature
While the possession and cultivation of marijuana are already banned in Japan, the country will prohibit its use as well, setting a prison sentence of up to seven years for violation.
Amicus brief filed in the AR decision taken to the 8th circuit
Reading that was rough, definitely seems like a reach though, arguing that a state can regulate cannabis but not hemp as being detrimental when the two industries stand on completely different levels of legality is not a strong strategic plan, especially if you consider that their hemp program is a state run federally approved program, we will see though ![]()
can’t find the name of the parties quite yet, if anyone knows lmk and I’ll pull the filings from PACER
“Canably Inc” is one of the businesses being sued by March and Ash for selling d8/hemp in CA alongside Cookies/3chi/binoid et al
I’ve never heard of these.
The cannabinoids are:
•Methyl 3,3-dimethyl-2-(1-(pent-4- en-1-yl)-1H-indazole-3- carboxamido)butanoate (Other name: MDMB–4en–PINACA)
•Methyl 2-[[1-(4-fluorobutyl)indole- 3-carbonyl]amino]-3,3-dimethyl- butanoate (Other names: 4F–MDMB– BUTICA; 4F–MDMB–BICA)
•N-(1-amino-3,3-dimethyl-1- oxobutan-2-yl)-1-(pent-4-en-1-yl)-1H- indazole-3-carboxamide (Other name: ADB–4en–PINACA)
• 5-Pentyl-2-(2-phenylpropan-2- yl)pyrido[4,3-b]indol-1-one (Other name: CUMYL–PEGACLONE; SGT– 151)
• Ethyl 2-[[1-(5-fluoropentyl)indole-3- carbonyl]amino]-3,3-dimethyl-butanoate (Other names: 5F–EDMB–PICA; 5F– EDMB–2201
•Methyl 2-(1-(4-fluorobenzyl)-1H- indole-3-carboxamido)-3-methyl butanoate (Other name: MMB–FUBICA).
These are all the current common Chinese analogs.
Not the stg-151 that one is to hard to make at the moment
Sadly for I think it s the safest synthetic of the last decade
The adb pinaca is the most common
At the moment for the core ( legal in China) only needs a one step synthesis with bromobutane or bromopentane (pentyl. Chain beeing the strongest version)
To be completed
The F (Fluor ) versions are India or hungaria sorced

Guys like this are why we need to have basic education level for Police entry
In my town, starting salary is over twice the county’s median income. But they don’t hire just anyone. The ads clearly state, “A high school diploma is required.”
Looks like TN is doing some rulemaking, total THC, no sampling by licensees(only lab agents), and requiring samples to be retained for retesting
Missouri:
I don’t understand why states want to include minor pyrethrin isomers (cinerin 1+2 and jasmolin 1+2) in the requirements for pesticide testing.
Depending on the lot of standards, these minors only make 1-4% of the total pyrethrins in the pest mixes.
If analytical standards manufacturers can’t source isolates for these compounds, no way in hell any farmers are sourcing or using it on crops.
